Schenectady, NY… Liz Joy, candidate for Congress in New York’s 20th District, today
announced that House Republican Chair Elise Stefanik’s EPAC has endorsed her
campaign. Liz joins eight other women from across the country for this round of E-PAC
endorsements.

Liz Joy said, “Elise Stefanik is a champion for Republican women. I was honored to have
her support last cycle and am excited to have it again this year, as well as an official
endorsement from EPAC. Women are stepping up to run for Congress as Republicans in
record number. We are determined to take back Congress, fire Nancy Pelosi and Save
America. We will ensure our children and grandchildren inherit a strong country. Capital
Region voters are fired up to win this Congressional seat and I am confident that in eight
months, we will retire career politician Paul Tonko for good.”

House Republican Chair Elise Stefanik said “Liz Joy is an incredible fighter for the
people of New York’s Capital Region. I look forward to fighting alongside her and helping
her over the finish line this year. We are going to grow our numbers in Congress by
electing strong Republican women across the country, including Liz Joy, and we are going
to be the ones who fire Nancy Pelosi once and for all.”

Stefanik founded E-PAC to recruit, engage, empower, elevate and elect more GOP
women to office.

Liz began this cycle last year as one of E-PAC’s Women to Watch. In 2020, many of E-
PAC’s Women to Watch went on to become endorsed E-PAC candidates later in the cycle

and then flipped their seats. 11 of the 15 Republicans who flipped seats the last cycle
were E-PAC endorsed women.
